Welcome to Songo. By accessing or using our websites (songo.ie and book.songo.ie) and our ticketing platform, you (“the User”, “the Buyer”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing any tickets.
1.1 Songo’s Dual Role: Songo provides the entertainment experience on the night of the scheduled events. In addition, our software platforms (songo.ie and book.songo.ie) facilitate the sale of tickets on behalf of third-party event organizers, venues, and promoters (“Organizers”). 1.2 The Ticket Seller: While Songo’s software facilitates the transaction, the individual Organizers are the actual sellers of the tickets. Songo does not manage the overall event logistics, venue operations, or ticketing revenues.
2.1 The Contract of Sale: When you purchase a ticket through songo.ie or book.songo.ie, the underlying contract for the ticket sale is strictly between you and the Organizer. Songo is not a party to this financial contract. 2.2 Accuracy of Information: The Organizer is solely responsible for the accuracy of all event details provided on the platform, including dates, times, locations, and age restrictions. 2.3 Booking Fees: Songo may charge a non-refundable booking or software processing fee for facilitating the transaction. This fee will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
3.1 Directing Queries: Because the Organizer is the seller of the ticket and the manager of the venue, all inquiries regarding the event must be directed to the specific Organizer. This includes questions about event schedules, accessibility, parking, and venue rules. 3.2 Songo Support: Songo’s direct support is limited to technical issues experienced while using the songo.ie or book.songo.ie websites.
4.1 General Rule: Tickets sold via songo.ie and book.songo.ie are generally non-refundable. All ticket sales are considered final at the time of purchase. 4.2 Directing Refund Requests: Songo cannot authorize or process refunds directly. Any and all refund requests must be directed to the individual Event Organizer. 4.3 Cancellations and Rescheduling: If an event is cancelled or significantly rescheduled, the Organizer is solely responsible for communicating with ticket holders and authorizing any potential refunds according to their own policies. If an Organizer authorizes a refund, Songo booking and processing fees remain non-refundable in all circumstances, unless dictated otherwise by law.
5.1 Ticket Security: You are responsible for keeping your ticket safe. Songo and the Organizer are not responsible for lost, stolen, or duplicated tickets. The first ticket presented and scanned at the venue will be the only one granted entry. 5.2 Right of Refusal: The Organizer and venue management reserve the right to refuse admission or eject individuals in accordance with the venue’s own policies.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Songo shall not be liable for:
Any injury, damage, loss, or expense incurred at or in connection with the overall event operation.
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.
Any failure of the Organizer to fulfill their obligations to the ticket buyer, including the failure to issue refunds.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
Event & Refund Queries: Please contact the Event Organizer directly (contact details are typically found on the event listing or your confirmation email).
Technical Website Issues: If you experience technical problems with songo.ie or book.songo.ie, contact us at info@songo.ie
