Songo combines the excitement of traditional bingo with the fun of recognising popular songs. Instead of numbers, bingo cards feature song titles. When a song plays, participants mark it off. Winners are determined by completing specific patterns like match 5/ 1 line/ 2 lines and 3 lines. Song Titles will also be displayed on screen to the crowd so that everyone regardless of age can play the game.
You should definitely sell tickets in advance of your event and run a door prize for anyone who cant attend. Ticket prices are set by organisers but are generally 12-20 euros.
Your host will make contact with you a few days prior to your event and will ask about how many people you expect. They will then bring the required amount plus extra ticket with them on the night of the event. Don’t worry we also have back up digital bingo cards in case your estimates are off. Its virtually impossible to run out of tickets. It is also possible to have your tickets emailed to you in advance of the event for printing on site if required.
You’ll need a total of 18 prizes per event, split across 4 rounds. This ensures plenty of chances for attendees to win and keeps the energy high throughout the evening. The event organiser should supply the prizes to us and you should include this in your budget. Contact us for more on what prizes you should give away.
Hold a raffle: Offer an exciting raffle prize (e.g., a bottle of wine, premium gift basket, or a cash prize). Sell tickets during the event for an additional revenue stream. Sell add-ons: Branded merchandise or extra bingo cards can boost revenue. Partner with sponsors: Local businesses might donate prizes or sponsor the event in exchange for promotion.
We will host 4 rounds of music bingo at a standard songo event. Each round last approx 25 mins with a break after each to drive bar sales for your venue. A standard event will run 2 hours Music Bingo and 2 Hours Dj Set unless otherwise agreed (Timings may vary)
No! only generally access to the venue TV or Projector. We will bring everything else. If your venue does not have a TV/ Projector, we will provide one at a cost of €49 extra.
We include a mix of genres and decades to appeal to a broad audience. We choose well-known hits for easy recognition. Songs that people love to sing and dance to. If its a family event the music will reflect this. You can also book a themed event if you wish like 80s, 90s, classic hits etc.
Social Media: Create engaging posts and stories with event details and prize teasers. Social Media Ads: We strongly advise that you run a social media ad in your local area Posters/Flyers: Place these in high-traffic areas near the venue. Word of Mouth: Encourage participants to invite friends and family. WhatsApp: Share the advertising around whatsapp groups Members: Give strict instructions to 20 members to sell 10 tickets each! (Easy right!!)
Really you just need to sell you tickets in advance, someone to man the door on the night and someone to sell raffle tickets. Most of the organisers actually play the event too as theres isint really much to be done on the night.
For adult events we would recommend any licenced premises. These include- Pub Lounges, Hotel Function Rooms, Club Houses Etc. For family events- Community Centres, Schools Etc
No, there are no adult themes at all in our event and it is suitable for absolutely all ages.
